Eligibility
  1. Candidate Profile: This opportunity is accessible to all individuals aspiring to showcase their skills, irrespective of formal educational qualifications.
  2. Must be a Citizen of India
  3. Age Requirement: Participants must have been born on or after January 1, 2004, to meet eligibility criteria.
Registration Process
  1. Online Registration Deadline: Candidates are required to complete their registration online by April 30, 2025, in strict adherence to the designated timeline. Portal Opens 12th March 2025.
  2. Accuracy and Integrity: All details provided during registration must be accurate and truthful, reflecting the candidate’s commitment to authenticity.

Candidate Responsibilities
  1. Adherence to Timelines: Candidates must strictly comply with scheduled timelines:
  2. Punctuality at Competition Venues: Candidates are expected to arrive punctually at the competition venue. Late arrivals will incur automatic disqualification without the possibility of a retest, refund, or reconsideration.
  3. Expenses: Candidates shall bear all travel and accommodation expenses for competitions conducted at the college and state levels. For events at the national level in Bengaluru, MindPhoenix Advisory Services LLP (MPASL) (the implementing body of MPISC) will cover AC 3 Tier/Equivalent travel and provide decent accommodation for both candidates and experts shortlisted by the Governing Council (GC).
  4. Skill Declaration Requirement: Candidates lacking formal education must affirm possession of requisite knowledge and practical skills pertinent to their chosen category of competition.
Competition Structure and Advancement Criteria
  1. Progression to Higher Levels:
    At the college level, should fewer than four candidates compete in any particular skill category, these candidates will automatically progress to the state level. However, no Medal or Certificate of Winning will be issued; only Participation Certificates will be provided.Similarly, if fewer than four candidates are present at the state level in any specific skill, they will automatically advance to the national level. However, no Medal, No Reward or Certificate of Winning will be issued; only Participation Certificates will be provided.
  2. Independent Training Requirements: Candidates registering without endorsement or support from an institution/organization post-registration deadline (April 30, 2025) agree to train independently. MPASL will supply a practice test project for training purposes.
  3. Candidates should note that the final test project will have a minimum 30% variance from the practice project, in accordance with WorldSkills Regulations.
Prizes for Candidates participating at India Skill Challenge 2025
  1. All Prizes will be declared by MPISC GC in 2 days of time if not earlier. Medals, Cheques, and Certificates will reach the candidates in due course of time.
  2. Distribution of Medals and Certificates at the college level is the responsibility of the college. MPASL will ensure that the same are available in good time.
  3. Distribution of Reward Money, Medals & Certificates at the State and National Levels is the responsibility of MPASL and will be done at the earliest opportunity after the results are declared. Reward Money will be paid through online transfers or cheques, as desired by the candidate/expert. For payment made through cheques, clearance will be as per RBI guidelines depending on the recipients’ bank. Recipient is responsible for providing Correct Bank Account Details, with Bank Name, Account Number, Account Name, IFSC Code etc.

Verification of Credentials
  1. Identity Verification: Candidates must present an original Aadhar Card or Driving License upon reporting to any competition venue, be it at the college, state, or national level. Failure to present authentic identification will result in immediate disqualification.
  2. Non-Acceptance of Photocopies: Only original documents are acceptable; photocopies of Aadhar or Driving License will not be entertained.
  3. Consequences for False Declarations: Candidates disqualified for providing false declarations will forfeit any reimbursement or reconsideration.
Code of Conduct
  1. Professionalism and Respect: Candidates are required to maintain decorum, exhibiting respect toward judges, organizers, and fellow competitors.
  2. Prohibition on Misconduct: Any behaviour deemed dishonest or unethical, including cheating, will result in immediate disqualification from the competition.
Anti-Social and Illegal Activities
  • Enforcement Measures: Candidates found engaging in anti-social or illegal activities during the competition will be reported to local authorities by the Governing Council and disqualified from the event.
Evaluation and Assessment Criteria
  1. Skill-Specific Evaluation: Each candidate will be evaluated based on specialized metrics pertinent to their chosen skill category.
  2. Finality of Judges’ Decisions: The judgments rendered by the evaluation panel are conclusive and binding, with no recourse for challenge or alteration.
Grounds for Disqualification
  • Inadequate Skill Levels: Candidates deemed unqualified or below competition standards will be disqualified. Entry fees or other expenses incurred by disqualified candidates will not be refunded.
Appeals and Final Authority
  • Authority of the Governing Council: All decisions made by the MPISC Governing Council are final and binding, with no provision for appeals or review against disqualifications or other decisions rendered by judges or organizers.
Right to Amend
  • Discretion to Modify Rules: MPASL retains full discretion to amend competition rules, regulations, or structure, if deemed necessary. Participants will receive timely notification of any changes prior to the commencement of competition.
