Mrs. Sumita Mukherjee Nath
Founding Partner of MPASL
Mrs. Sumita Mukherjee Nath, Founding Partner of MPASL, has extensive experience in Operations and Business Analysis. She advocates for gender equality and aims to be a source of support for women facing challenges. Inspired by Melinda Gates’ words, “A woman with a voice is, by definition, a strong woman,” Mrs. Nath strives to be that voice through MPASL’s mission, “DO RIGHT FOR RIGHTS.” She also runs SUMITA’S SELF DEFENCE ACADEMY, empowering girls and women against domestic violence. A 2nd Degree Black Belt in KYOKUSHIN KARATE and trained in Kali 3D, she is among the few women in India with such credentials.
Suchita Roy
20 years of extensive experience in the Education & Training industry.
Suchita Roy holds a BE in Electronics & Power followed by an MBA in Total Quality Management. She has amassed 20 years of extensive experience in the Education & Training industry. Her career began as a Faculty member in Electronics, progressing to a role as a software trainer. She then advanced to the position of Academic & Quality Head at an IT training company. Most recently, she served as a Regional Manager with the Skill Development Council for seven years.
Mr. Anjan Banerjee

Mr. Anjan Banerjee, is the CDO (Chief Digital Officer) of MPASL. Mr. Banerjee is a highly accomplished professional with a distinguished career spanning over 45 years. His expertise lies in Business Development & Management, Consulting, Training, and Technology Advisory, particularly within the skilling domain. With a deep understanding of the IT and ITeS industry, he has successfully mentored and developed numerous professionals and teams. He has held key positions at prestigious organizations such as CMC, Digital Equipment, Tata-IBM, PwC, Capgemini and NSDC, where he has contributed significantly to their growth and success. Mr. Banerjee is also a Holden Certified Sales Professional, Mr. Banerjee brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role. He is also a Partner at Bizwin Solutions Pvt Ltd. He is also associated with Masters Union as a Master.

Known for his critical thinking, logic, and adaptability, Paul excels in crafting strategic product roadmaps, optimizing resource utilization, and managing high-stakes operations. His expertise in Agile methodologies and strong leadership skills drive efficiency and innovation in complex environments.
